Default Partitioned Drives

Ive been getting a message indicating that my c:drive is running out of disk
space.

The computer Ive bought was second hand and I dont recall partioning the
drives.

Is there a way to allocate amount of space on each drive (c,d,e)?

No, or rather, not without the use of third party software such as the
former PowerQuest's Partition Magic (now owned by Symantec) or Terabyte
Unlimited's BootItNG. No Microsoft operating system includes the ability
to alter the size of a partition without the loss of all data in the
partitions concerned.
