Shut Down hangs
When shutting down windows the software hangs at the point
where all icons are removed from the screen leaving just the windows "clouds" background. The only way to close the PC then is to switch off the power. Are there any diagnostics I can use to solve the problem?

Does the same happen in Safe Mode?
