Default Security in Windows Me

I was just wondering, how secure is Windows Me. Does it have a Windows
Firewall like XP. On my Me computer, I have been getting worms on my
computer. My new anti-virus program is Trend Micro, and its been a great help
(better than Norton Anti-virus 2005). Should I download a firewall, and if so
which is the best firewall for a Windows Me computer that shares a wireless
network with a XP notebook? Got any ideas?

It is as secure as you want to make it like any other OS, it's how you
use it and what programs you have to deal with any virus attacks you may
get and what anti spy/malware program you use.

It does not come with a firewall, you can get a free copy of Zone Alarm
but not the latest version as that will not run, it is installed on a
WinME machine here that is networked with two XP machines.

Try oldversions.com and see if they have an older version that you can
use, there are others but I don't have any experience with them so can't
give you any information about them but if you do a Google search for
firewalls and look at some reviews about them you should get an idea of
what to use.
Hope that helps
Joan
