Default aspi layer update

Every time I boot up now a window opens telling me the
aspi layer currently in use may cause unstable
performance. (and I am experiancing problems) Where and
how can I update to a newer version of the aspi layer?
winaspi32.dll V 1.0.0.0

Any help I can get would be appreciated.

Chris
