Active Desktop destroyed
Apparently the latest Windows Update patches have
destroyed my Win98SE Active Desktop. After the patches installed, I made one modification (changing the font style on the active title bar), and now I can no longer make any further changes with Active Desktop. Anything I try with it locks it up until I free it with CTRL/ALT/DEL. Am I going to have to install a new version of WIN98 from scratch to fix this problem? Or do I just have to accept the fact that I can no longer use Active Desktop? Please help! |
