Problems with Title Bar Graphics

I have an intermittent problem with my computer and the graphics in the Title Bar.

When I first turn on my system, everything in the Title Bar appears fine. BUt after a couple of minutes, all the graphics in the Title bar become all messed up. Tne Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttoms are all covered over by lines. They are still there, because when I put my cursor over the area where I think they should be, the Minimize, Maximize, or Close balloon box appears and I can then click on the area and the proper function is done.

Does anybody have any fix for this or have any reason why this may be happening?
