ME SHUTDOWN
My windows ME sometimes will not shut down and has to be
shut down manually with button. It then goes thru a disk check when starting up. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be and also how to correct.

its thew anitvirus software..Microsoft says to disable
floppy disk scanning, this should fix it.
