Only start in Safe Mode & can not install Windows XP
I newly partitioned and formatted my hard disk, and installed Windows Me on C
drive. But the Windows Me can only start in safe mode. Anyone know why? I also tried to install Windows XP Professional in D drive, but it always told me that can not copy some ***.dll files, let me retry or press F3 to exit. Any solution for this problem?
