The guy knows nothing about Win Me and even less about geopolitics, is
clearly clueless and a total dimwit and since he has nothing worthwhile to
contribute to this, or as far as I can see, any other newsgroup I simply
don't understand why people continue to bait the brainless, moronic troll.

I said why I jumped in here, and it was because the USA was
getting trash talked in several different threads so I decided why
not just make a thread to deal with the trash talking about the USA
in a single thread and give all those that want to say she ite about
the greatest country on the planet a *single* thread to debate it. I
should have known however that when my points could *not* and were
not proven inaccurate that some here would resort to name calling;
because their limited cranial capacity prevented their debating the
subject rationally so they try and prove how tiny and closed their
minds are by bandying about school yard taunts and supposed put
downs. None of which however change the fact that I put forth that
*if* the USA were not around the world would be much, much worse
off, and every petty want to be dictator would jump up and kill, rob
and mame more people then all the world wars put together.

If you watched informative things on the telly rather than cartoons, you
might learn something. Bill Maher was hilarious on Larry King (CNN) last
night.....he even said exactly what I said about the bragging.....that it
is usually done by those that have never set foot outside of the US. So
how would you know what the rest of the world was like?? Chillicothe is
not exactly a *thriving metropolis*...lol.
If it makes you feel superior (and it must) to think such fantasies then go
right ahead; but your mind will never grow unless you accept the truth. I
don't watch cartoons and if you had half a mind of your own instead of being
spoon fed by others you would realize that the one time *Laura* saw cartoons
on my web cam my BACK was to them; because I was at my PC. The cartoons
were for the children. If I want to watch something on TV I have a capture
card in my PC and can watch the history ,discovery and PBS all I like while
the children watch what they want. What I suspect is that *you* secretly
watch cartoons and are ashamed of that fact so you try and deride me for
something I don't do.
Yes I may brag on the USA to much; but some one has to come here and do

I used it long enough to make an informed decision to advise all my
customers to stay away from it. My WinME is gathering dust and I only
install it when I get a *new* customer that has it and won't listen to
reason and upgrade to XP

I can understand those living in other countries wishing it were not
so and I even applaud their patriotism for their respective

The USA sees countries much like it sees it's own citizens and will

The other countries of the world should thank God that the USA is
NOT like Germany or Japan were back in WW2; because the USA could
have easily if they had wanted to, taken over the entire world back
at the close of WW2; but the USA believes in freedom for ALL too much
to do something like that.
Lets just look at it this way, lets say that over night the USA got
wiped off the face of the globe. How long do you think it would be
before Russia would be trying to run the world. What about China? if
the USA was not around to buffet them do you really think they would
not go for world conquest? If the USA disappeared over night, North
Korea would take over all of Korea the next day and then set their
sights on Japan, well unless China annexed them first. If the USA
were gone, the entire world may even evaporate into radioactive mist
as the other countries jockey to take over the globe.
The USA is NOT perfect; but compared to others we are closer then
most. I don't take the news at face value, you must remember I was in
Vietnam and I saw first hand how we would be doing one thing and the
public was told something else; but I also know that sometimes it
*is* necessary to keep the public in general and the press in
particular in the dark to keep solders safe.





Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Bagdad, Kabul are some of the places that the USA has
murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians and you're proud of
that? I'm not.

you can't read can you? I never said it was perfect; but at least two of you
examples are not good ones; because had the USA not nuked Japan more would
have died then what died from the two nukes; because the Japanese would have
fought to the last man before surrendering had we not nuked them. Although
I don't agree with the current war the US did remove at least ONE WMD and
the weapon of mass destruction which had already been used to kill tens of
thousands is called Sadam
