Default Printing History

I'm a company owner and I am wondering what people are printing (I've heard
that it should be quite surprising). Is there any way to check the printing
history on a computer?

Is there any way to check the history without downloading it (because it only
stores the history of printing starting once it's installed). Like, what I
mean is - for example- what was printed 2 months ago?

No, not unless there is already a log. Of course, you can run around and
act on a hunch, and start accusing people. If they flinch or act funny, you
can confirm it that way, too.
