Default changing email to read html

I have Windows and when I read my email I have to change it manually to read
html. Is there a way I can set my account to have it come in as html? If so
any suggestions ?

people post once in newsgroups and then never return. Whether or not Thank
You is gone for good remains to be seen but it would not surprise me if the
poster never returns.
