Windows ME Startup
My system will startup with the improper shutdown screen
and if I let it scan, the C drive the computer eventually freezes after scanning about 80% of the files. If I cancel the scan, the Microsoft networking screen comes up. After the Microsoft networking screen, the blue desktop screen is displayed without anything on it. If i press any keys absolutely nothing happens. When I hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, the close program dialogue box appears with only the two programs, Devldr16 and Ati2evxx listed. I have tried putting in resource CD's but to no avail. Could someone please help? Thanks. |
