Default WinME Device Manager refresh problem

Hi,

We have a USB based Serial Port and the driver works fine on Windows
ME.
We have noticed a strange issue with respect to the Device Manager in
Windows ME. When we reboot the system, the Device Manager shows our
COM port with a Red Mark (as if it's disabled). However the PROPERTIES
tab tells that it's working properly. Moreover there is no problem
with actually using it (with HyperTerminal etc.)

The Red Mark goes when you simply refresh it, however it comes back
when you reboot the system again.

I don't think it's really related to the driver, but any
help/suggestion is eagerly awaited.

Thanks,

Regards,
Abhijit
