POPUPS

Popups while browsing is very annoying.
Any suggestion re how to stop them will be of great help.

Disable Javascript

Although that that might sound silly, it's what I've done. As for the
one-or-two sites that *really* need Javascript (and I think are worth to
re-visit) ? I just put them into the "trusted site" list.

Added benefit ? It allso stops a lot of malware dead in it's tracks.

Ofcourse, you could allso search for programs named like "Popup killer" or
"Popup stopper".

I will give it a try.

1. Disabling javascript does not stop malware in its tracks.
2. Pop up stoppers only treat the symptom, not the cause.
