So I see that I do have the iso file Windows98.UBCD.Feb.2008.iso.

Is that "soporific's tenth anniversary" version of W98?

Based on this:

I'd say yes.

Nice, I was hoping to get a look at that too. But I hate torrents. If you (or
anyone) knows of some other way, maybe one of those slow-but-free web
sources, I can use those, assuming they don't cut people off for trying a
file that big on the free service.

Give this a try:

http://199.91.152.34/yejhcg561srg/v4...2008.part1.rar
http://download702.mediafire.com/o69...2008.part2.rar
http://199.91.152.152/gt4k8bgsiz3g/n...2008.part3.rar
http://199.91.153.154/dzgdcf0avaig/4...2008.part4.rar

I took the iso file and re-compressed them into 4 linked rar files (it
was the easiest way to split the iso into separate files less than 200
mb).

So these files are 183 mb each (the 4'th file is 136 mb).

I've uploaded them to mediafire.com (as you can tell with one of the
URLs).

Let me know if there's any problem downloading them or expanding them to
get the original iso file. I don't know if winzip handles rar files, so
you might need winrar to process them.

WinRAR is permanent here. Thanks, those work ok. Slow but it lets me do
all four at once, each at the usual low speed so it's a good way to do it,
splitting it like that, I'm getting 4 times the speed I'd have got if you
hadn't. (Most sites like that seem to only allow one at a time, and make me
wait an hour or more to try again too.)
