Default Altering title of Firefox browser in Registry

In Windows 98, you can change the name in the title bar of Internet Explorer
by going into the Registry under Internet Explorer, Main, and changing
"Window Title."

Is it possible to do the same thing with Firefox?

Thanks.

Larry

This is a gimmicky application that plays all kinds of games. I simply want
to know if it is possible to alter the browser titlebar via the Registry.

Don't think so. Firefox is a multi platform program, so I doubt it will use
the registry when it's not forced to.

What does the browser window say now... Mozilla Firefox? Then...

(1) "START button, Run, RegEdit"
(2) Use the Edit menu to find... Mozilla Firefox
It may take a while, be patient.
(3) Repeat from step (2), until RegEdit reports
there are no more.

Report what you have seen to us. If one looks especially interesting
right after step (2), you may use RegEdit's Registry menu to "Export
Registry File" & post the result. Name the exported file "FF.txt" to
keep things safe.
