When I did a Ctrl+Alt+Del, I saw a file called Wswrb9.
What is this file ? |

I find nothing on it using the Google search engine. Accordingly, I would
run a full scan with an up to date AV program. Also consider: Spyware/scumware/adware are causing numerous system problems.
