Default Error `country'

I keep getting a (runtime error has occured Line 134,
Error `country' is undefined) in a box in the middle of my
screen and asks me if I want to debug. Don't know how to,
tried with a box that has script error in it. No help.
Loaded ME over the current one. No fix. Still get the
errors all the time as I try to surf, like every 3-5
seconds. Would like some help please. Thank you, Bill

go to tools, internet options, advanced, check the box-
script debugging, then close everything and all should be
normal now.
