i cant go no where i keep getting
windows-98-starting-ms-dos-based-programs- how do i go to safe mode or
get back into my pc to get out off it?

These two articles should help you get out of MS-DOS mode.

Cannot Quit MS-DOS Mode

In the future, when you run an MS-DOS mode program from Windows, be sure to
exit the program, then if you are still in MS-DOS mode, type "exit" (without
the quotes) at the command line to get back to Windows before exiting
Windows and shutting down the system.

This problem occurs when the computer is shut down while in MS-DOS mode.

well thank you i got it 2 work then it happen again...this comes in
