Yes, they may all be safely uninstalled. Uninstall them via Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs or a separate OEM software disk ?supplied? with the machine.

The best option to remove an application is often available as a
shortcut in the same Start Menu folder as the shortcut for starting the
application. Some application publishers provide Uninstall software on
the installation media or an uninstall option in the Setup/Install program.

It's ussually safe to use the Add/Remove Programs wizard in the control
panel or a third party Windows 98 compatable application removal utility
to remove unwanted applications.

There are risks of eliminating shared code library files associated with
application removal using Windows Explorer. Don't attempt to remove
applications by deleting the application folder with Windows Explorer.

VERY IMPORTANT: Utilities of this nature MAY only be compatable with a
certain version of Windows. Make sure the utility is intended for the OS
version that formatted the hard drive.

To add to Brian's reply, those programs appear to all be parts of the "Works Suite"
or whatever they call it these days......you will need to remove the Microsoft Works
2000 Setup Launcher *last*. As long as any one program from the package is still
installed, the Works Launcher will not uninstall.
