Default Negative hard disk free size

In the Virtual Memory tab in System properties of Windows 98 SE, the hard
disk free size is reported as a negative number if the hard disk has more
than 32 gigabytes (GB) of free space.

According to Knowledge Base 272620, to overcome this problem we need
Sysdm.cpl Version 4.10.2224, that is unfortunately not available for download
from Microsoft. Can somebody help
to get that file?

Thanks a lot.
