System is Busy
I run Windows 98. My internet stopped connecting. Now when it tries to dial
in, it freezes the whole program. If I ctl/alt/del and try to end the program, a blue screen will appear with "System is Busy". I have tried to nose around a little with some help but it's been no help. Any suggestions?

Do you have an internal modem? Maybe it died? Try dialing your ISP's number with hyperterminal. If the system freezes too, you modem or the modem driver is dead. You can try to reinstall then.
