They probably won't expend much effort. I did get a "rubber stamp" reply
that stated, basically, that Norton, McAfee and EZ eTrust AV's should be supported. duh. I need them to tell me something I don't know. But, as they say here in Texas.........'tain't no biggie. Mine does recognize that I have the AV and tells me the defs are up to date....it just doesn't see that it is "on"......but, I know it is and therein lies the comfort.
