upgrading windows 98 to windows me

Default upgrading windows 98 to windows me

I have the disk for windows me but the computer is
telling me that I need a upgrade for windows me and I
can't find it in microsoft windows site. Can anybody help
me with this matter.

Default upgrading windows 98 to windows me

What is the exact problem you are seeing? If you are trying to use an OEM Win
Me CD then this cannot be used to upgrade a system running Win 98 but instead
can only be used to clean install Win Me.
