My computer has been reportedly attached by the notorious

Word2000 and any other programme for that matter.

Can you help as to how I can isoltate or destroy the virus
and repair my system without having to re-master it (my
smart restore has stop working). The error message is get

Download this tool, right click and select install:

Whenever your PC has a virus or one is removed, immediately go to the AV
program maker's web site and see if there are cleaning instructions.
