Explorer problems
explorer freezing up. Msg reads "Explorer has cause an
unknow problem, if continue, restart your computer" This is a recurring problem every time I get out of the internet. By clicking ok, the screen goes blank and resets to normal. If I attempt to shut down, the computer freezes and most times have to shut down manually

First, try a clean boot per the article:
How to Perform a Clean Boot in Windows Millennium Edition http://support.microsoft.com/default...B;EN-US;267288 I also recommend checking for spyware by running programs such as Spybot and Adaware (check www.download.com) Thanks! Tom Montefusco
