Digital Camera

I just added a new CyberPix E520S digital camera, Win ME "added new
hardware". The software(Digital Image) said the driver was already
installed. The software recognizes the camera when I plug it in the usb port
and asks "do you want to download photos from camera?" When I select "yes" I
get the message "Cannot connect to camera please try again" I have tried
reinstalling the software with same results. Also camera does not show up on
MY COMPUTER. I have no problems with my Kodak camera or Kodak software. Any
ideas?
