Help !!! IDE Controller problems
I downloaded Media 9 as an upgrade to 7 on 98SE. Then my
machine would not reboot unless in safe mode. I disabled the primary/secondary controller and was able to boot normally. But Device manager says the primary/secondary controlers are down (red X) and my CD amd DVD drives are now missing from the list of drives listed in My computer and do not function. How can I get these drives to reappear and work again ?
