Default PCI-USB2 card for windows 98SE - drivers????

I purchased a PCI-USB2 card that works well under windows 2000, and I
wanted to install it under windows 98SE. The box and manual claim it
will work under windows 98SE, but there is no *.inf file on the
supplied CD, but only a program that runs but doesn't seem to do
anything. The book says that the system will find "BASE5.CAB" on the
windows CD and use it for the driver, but, the installation process
doesn't offer me any way to enter that filename. This is an
inexpensive card from China (UC-160), and so I may be at a dead end
here, but, if anyone knows how to get windows 98SE to somehow use the
file "BASE5.CAB" from the win98SE CD during the installation process,
please reply - I am stumped.
Alternatively, if anyone knows of any PCI card that they have actually
gotten to work on windows 98SE, then please respond with where I can
get one. Thanks, littleberry

You ain't going to get USB2 out of a windows 98/98SE CD. The manufacturer
must supply the driver for this.

If installed correctly, card should work at USB 1.1 speed using native
98/98SE USB drivers.

Orange USB has been the workhorse for USB2 at outset of its introduction.
And, yes, they supply the proper hardware driver.
