If this is in relation to AVG Anti-virus see this:
http://forum.grisoft.cz/freeforum/re...867,backpage=4
Read the moderator's response.

A search with Google for mfc71.dll has several places to download
the file. For some reason I don't trust the first site on the list.

tks Bill for prompt and professional reply. I tried the dll.file site
before but not clear after clicking the executable, doesn't look like
much happened and still have the problem. The biggest problem is with
my digital camrea transferring images and opening up the Nikon Software,
just won't work because of the corrupt file.

If you have an install disk for the Camera you could temporarily
rename mfc71.dll and install the software again. That may replace
the file with a good one.

Bill,

I have the mfc71.dll file, it's version 7.10.3077.0. I'll e-mail it
to you if you want, it's 1 MB. It goes in the Windows\System folder.
I've scanned it with AVG AV and it's clean.
