Wn Me "My pictures" folder (back to original setting ???)

How can I change the folder (wrong ) setting of My Pictures with
Me.(Thumbnails without pictures)

This "original" setting is change:
" the My Pictures folder provides a thumbnail view of pictures you select,
so you can preview them without opening each one in a program."

I can only use now "Image Preview" and it's not convenient.

I try "customize the folder" , "change for view Thumbnails" and "Right click
on the file and click "Open With..."

Do you have a solution to restore that folder....
