Default long startup - Running Tasks - 3 incidents of Kernel32.dll - should I delete one/two?

Hi there...when i go into system information\software environment\running
tasks i notice there are three incidents of Kernel32.dll...
should I, and is it possible to, delete one or two of these...??
Not sure if this will do the trick, but i'm trying to free up some memory at
start up...
By the way - i have over 34 items listed in the "running tasks" folder...how
do i know what i "need", or what programs they represent - some are easy to
figure out, but some are not...
How do i know if they all need to be in there??
Will getting rid of some of these free up memory, and increase startup and
processing speed??
Appreciate your help!!

Here are the items i have listed:
teatimer.exe c:\program files\spybot - search & destroy\teatimer.exe

Not if you want Win Me to continue running. All the more so since there is
only one copy of the file loaded into memory.

As for freeing up memory you have far too many applications being launched
each time you boot your system although I doubt your problem is with lack of
memory but rather lack of resources - something entirely different.

A good place to look to for advice as to which programs need to be run at
startup is Pacman's site where he lists what should definitely be retained and
which can be safely removed from the startup axis
(http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm). Reducing such applications
and only starting them when required can free up significant resources.

Yours is NOT a list of startup items - but a list of running processes
(hence the three entries for kernel32.dll)

to look for Startup items, use MSCONFIG in the first instance - the list of
startup items is going to be considerably smaller than 34.
