Survey Scout

I wasn't getting a whole lot of spam and then I installed Survey Scout ,
they are supposed to find surveys that pay money and won't send you spam,
they said you could find surveys on your own but they would find the most
money paying ones and screen out the ones that send spam or sell your
address that was the whole point in paying them $40 or so. Well BULL! I
never got a cent from them or any prizes. I have since cancelled my account
and as of yet seen no refund.
One thing I do get from them is lots of spam. Thanks Survey Scout.
Does anybody know who I can complain to or somehow get the issue resolved?

You could try the Better Business Bureau but if I were you I wouldn't hold
out much hope of "getting the issue resolved". I just hope you didn't give
them your credit card number or other personal information they could abuse.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.....like Richard said, sure
hope you didn't pay for this with a credit card, if so, I would be getting
that # cancelled and a new one issued, post haste.
