If you're prepared to pay, try McAfee.
If you want a free program, try AVG.
Lavasoft Ad-aware (www.lavasoft.de) is a free spyware
removal tool, and is well worth it. If it finds something
called Alexa, and it happens to be lurking amongst
Internet Explorer's registry settings, DO NOT delete it.
