Internet Connection Wizard

I presently have Windows 98 installed. I'm attempting to
install 98 se with a CD. I initially got an error message
that the installation failed to load the internet
connection wizard..which makes sense because after the
install is completed, I can't sign on to my ISP or connect
to the internet and end up uninstalling to bring me back
to my original Windows 98 which works fine. Any
suggestions?
