Default Use Passive FTP menu item

I have Internet Explorer 6 installed. For some reason the menu option (tools, internet options, advanced) line for "Use Passive FTP" does not appear on the window. Consequently, I am not able to log on to a FTP site that I need to use to setup a website. Do you have any clues? I also have McAfee's Secure IE.

Frank,

Disable folder view for FTP; that will turn on passive FTP. Enabling folder
view for FTP sets IE to active mode.
