message on desktop on start up

Cannot find file 'info 32 exe'(or one of its
components).Make sure the path and filename are correct
and that all required libraries are available.
Then
!
Could not load or run 'info 32 exe' specified in the
WIN.INI.file.Make sure the fil e exists on your computer
or remove the referenceto it in the WIN.INI file.

I cannot find file
this dosnt effect anything other than having to click OK
on both at start up.
The Win 98 in installed on computer and i do not have a
Disk.Can i remove this and how please?
Any idea why this has happened.

You are not meant to find the file.
Info32.exe is a virus.
Edit Win.ini and remove any reference in the load= or run= lines.
You can use Sysedit to edit Win.ini
(Start-Run-Sysedit)
