modem configuration

i just formatted my computer and just installed Windows
98. When I click on Internet Explorer awaiting to
configure my modem, I keep receiving a Rundll32 error
message that prevents me from doing so. How should I
prevent this error message from occuring so I can
configure the driver for my modem?

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
