Outlook Delete Problems

How do you Use the "Inbox Repair Tool" and where do you find it?

I want to delete some e-mails in Outlook 2000 and I keep getting the error
message saying "errors have been detected in the file C:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use
the Inbox Repair Tool.

Help.
