Default AOL 9.0 issue

I dont like QuickTime as I feel it takes over your PC and
interferes with other media systems. AOL have it as an
automatic feature on AOL 9.0 so I have got rid of all
QuickTime on my PC and now every time I go on AOL I get a
reminder pop up to say I dont have QuickTime and would I
like to install it? I and the rest of my family have to
wait for this pop up message so we can click NO otherwise
it reinstalls QT. Does anyone know how I can stop this QT
reminder box popping up please?
Thanks, Chris.
