Default IPP support for windows 98 SE

Hi

Is it possible to print to an IPP printer ( or printserevr) with a PC
running windows 98 SE

I have seen some solution that use windows 2000 server that connect to
the printer (or printserver) using IPP and windows 98 connect to to
windows 2000 server

I don't have windows 2000 server ( or any other server)

I have only a PC windows 98 SE and an IPP printer ( or printserver)

Bye
