sigh

So sad yet so true. Maybe we can get Microsoft to make the plus sign in the
CDO more obvious ... like turn it neon-green, make it flash, and alternate
with the words "Click HERE to see replies!" ... or something ... :-)

MS could also add a screen tip or tool tip when placing the cursor over the + that
would give a link or explain clicking a link (supplied by MS) on "How to Use a Real
email app for ng's".
