Default computer won't boot up

When I turn my computer on, nothing happens except for
the cd spins for about 3 seconds and thats it. No video
nothing...What can you do?

Default computer won't boot up

It may be thinking the CD should boot. Remove it, & reinsert after a
normal boot of the HDD.
