Default VPN connection to PeopleSoft applications server

Our company recently changed to a PeopleSoft financial system. I obtained
updated VPN version and connected from home.

I am able to connect to company sys and login to PS. PS displays a nav menu
on left side of page. I do not have trouble moving thru nav menu, but when I
select an item that should return info to data/target area of page, nav menu
disappears and target data does not display.

I have talked to IS people at work and they do not have an answer (no other
remote users are having this problem). I do notice that the Address ends with
a .GBL extension. It seems that every time that extension appears in the
Adress bar, everything on page disappears.

Any help with this problem will be appreciated.
