Recognizing USB F: floppy drive

Default Recognizing USB F: floppy drive

When booting with floppy, floppy in F: drive (USB) is not
recognised. Likewise, when running some apps that prompt
for a floppy disc, F: drive is not recognised and program
can not execute. How do I fix this? Thanks all
