Re-install of IE6
....and as soon as you get to Windows following the change to progman.exe, it

Re-install of IE6
Yes it did.
But I followed kb-289799 and was able to run your suggested program with a successful outcome. I have just finished up the install of the last critical patch. So far there is no issues using the IE6 for the limited amount that I have. I will keep you informed here Thank you for all your help!!!
