Default ethernet card

-----Original Message-----
we installed a DLINK ethernet card in the machine

however
the operating system (MIllennium) will not recognize it

I
keep getting the error port not available it is in use

by
the key board. How can I get around this ?
.

I just bought the same card, and installed it on Windows
2000. It says in the instructions to make sure to load
the Installation CD before trying to install the card.
Do you have that CD? It came in the package. You if
not, you might be able to get it from their website.
I've had great luck with it.
