Reloading ME

Have been using ME on another PC for sometime - OK.
G'son tried to load a game; no luck; ME got messed up.
Have tried to reload ME several times, on Intel board w/
PII - 400: but...
When booting goes to blue error screen:
Error: OD : 1207 : 00000032
then with Cnt-Alt-Dlt will only go into Safe Mode -
not usable...
Any suggestion, pls send to

Make a new one:

ControlPanel/AddRemovePrograms/StartupDisk

What happens when you boot to Safe Mode?
If that's OK, then it tends to point to drivers - open Device Manager and
look there for error-flagged entries (remove ALL), and duplicated entries -
post back with details.

See if that helps.
