Default Broadconnection dm.exe

On trying to connect to wanadoo broadband we get to a certain point and get
the mesaage dm.exe - can anyone tell us what this means and how to continue
so we can get broadband connection - we are on windows 2000 professional.

What is the actual message you are seeing that refers to dm.exe? Please
Note also that this is a newsgroup primarily supporting those using the
Win Me (Windows Millennium) operating system rather than Windows 2000.
