How to load tne program Picture It! 7

My computer meets all the requirements for the program
Picture It!7. When I attempt to install and run Picture
It! 7 on my computer I get a window that asks "do you want
to run Picture It! 7". I have tried many times. When the
screen comes up there is a samll window in front of a
larger window. When I try to exit the small window to use
the program I get the message "This program has performed
an illegal operation and will now close". What is my
problem and how do I solve it? Thank you! Paul Bunker.
